Our Organisational Structure
IAM is structured to coordinate activities from the local community level to the national level.
The organisation may include:
National Committee
National Executive
State Executive
District Executive
Taluk Executive
Panchayat Executive
Ward Executive
Specialised Cells and Service Wings
National Committee
The National Committee, also referred to as the Cabinet in the organisational document, functions as a central governing body of IAM.
It may include key office-bearers responsible for policy, administration, development and coordination.
National Executive
The National Executive combines national-level leadership with selected representatives.
Its responsibilities include:
Planning activities
Coordinating committees
Reviewing organisational development
Supporting public-service programmes
Supervising administration
Protecting IAM’s objectives and values
Local Units
IAM units may be formed at state, district, taluk, panchayat and ward levels according to the organisation’s rules and approval procedures.
Local units help IAM:
Identify community concerns
Conduct awareness programmes
Coordinate volunteers
Support charitable activities
Communicate local needs to higher committees

Provides overall leadership, guidance and administrative direction.

Maintains records of income and expenditure.

Assistant Treasurer
Supports the Treasurer and acts in their absence.

Registrar
Supports lawful organisational functioning and
unit registration.

Public Relations Officer
Coordinates public communication and media relations.

Coordinator
Supports programme coordination and
organisational development.

Administrator
Oversees administrative responsibilities.

Organiser
Plans and coordinates routine programmes and activities.
Governance and Accountability
Provides overall leadership, guidance and administrative direction.

Annual income and expenditure statements
Asset and property records
Organisational documents
Official seals and letterheads
